Former TBW loan handed to BofA then Countrywide. Found a secret silver bullet to make things move!

OK pay attention it seems there is actually something that will get Bank of America's attention. After sixty days of no movement on a short sale we took matters out of the box. This was a Taylor, Bean, Whitaker loan but we know what happened there. So we were handed to BofA which took all the TBW loans and gave them to Countrywide (Oh joy!).
Well after 60 days of having turned in a contract no movement or anything we wrote some letters; State senator, US Senator, and low an behold the one that actually got something done The Better Business Bureau! You got it they paid attention to the BBB! Our file was taken out of the system and elevated to the Office of the President, then in 24 hours we had a negotiator. Might even get this one closed before the end of the year now!

Larry, I blew it today. Question was on the group HELP ME! I remembered reading your post (the one on this page), but couldn't remember who wrote it--also thought I read it on ActiveRain.
