Foreclosure Sale Date-Equator stuck on 3rd party auth...Need HELP!

Hi Short Sale Agents,

I'm feeling stuck with Equator. Their is a sale date for Monday February 14th (Happy Valentines Day, not!)

I have an offer and I've uploaded the 3rd Party Authorization. They have 48 hours to review, and that could be too late to submit the offer and postpone the sale date!  We have a great offer but, can't submit due to this 2 day 3rd party auth requirement.  Anyone know how to by pass this?

Do you know of anyway to expedite this? OR another way to postpone the sale date?

Thank you,

Kristine

I think you are still able to upload all your docs to the library.  Then call B of A and tell them those docs are there and explain the situation.  Also have your owner start their process and have them call B of A, too.
Call the CS 866 number and tell them you need help to postpone the sale date
Hi, yes, did that but, they are still stuck on the 3rd party auth before they do anything.  This system is so strangely set up.  It does not benefit the last minute offers, foreclosure postponement.
Hi, He have set up the homeowners site and will upload to the library.  However, Equator is down right now.  Thanks!  Anyone have a good supervisor contact that I could buzz to help speed this up?  Much appreciated.  Kristine ;)

If you've uploaded the 3rd party, you will most likely be able to upload your offer tomorrow or the following day.  Be sure to send an urgent message to everyone up the chain in equator requesting a postponement.

First thing Friday morning, you should make a conference call to the short sale dept. with your homeowner.  They will talk to you if the homeowner is on line with you.  If your authorization isn't in the system yet, the homeowner will need to spend some time with you and BofA on the phone tomorrow to stop the sale.  Explain the situation and ask to postpone.  Ask for a supervisor if you're not making progress with the first person you get on the line.  Have your short sale package including offer, buyer prequal or pof, and hud1 ready to fax if needed.

Good Luck!

I'm pretty sure they work on Saturday so you can still call the 866 number that day.
