Hello All,

We have a short sale that has been open with SunTrust since June 18, 2010.  Since the very beginning we've had nothing but problems with sending documents in, they are noted as received, then we are asked to resend because they actually don't have them... etc.... just bad communication and organization.  We had the file escalated, and it seemed to move on.. then the person it was negotiated to ... suddenly is no longer working with SunTrust so it was sent to another person... In November I emailed the CEO office and explained our frusteration and problems, it was then sent to the Escalation Specialist on behalf of the Executive offices..... He's emailed me once,..... I've called, left messages, emailed, copies the CEO and AVP, requested correspondence... I've been the squeaky wheel..... now the CEO offices, nor this Escalation Specialist is even responding...... 

The BPO's have been done,  and re-done because they expired, they tell me they have all the paperwork necessary... but I can not get a response, even from the Executives.... any ideas.  I'm at the top and getting no where???!!  There is an NOD, no trustee's sale filed yet.... I'm wondering if they are getting some sort of kick back... because there is no reason this shouldn't be a slam dunk....
