Nevada Short Sale negotiator licensing requirements-

Are there any requirements for negotiating Short Sales in nevada? Washington, for example, requires a lender's license---is this regulated by state or nationally? Thanks!

Requirements vary by state and it is often difficult to figure out exactly what is required, and you can expect to get shuffled from one department to another within state government. I am not positive, but in Nevada I believe you have to be a licensed Realtor.

Not sure about Nevada but there is alot differing thoughts in Florida about what is required. See if there is a short sale superstar from Nevada and send them an email.
