Great job! Must of had a decent negotiator. I'm currently trying to salvage an ASC shortsale. I have never had as much stonewalling as I have had trying to work a HAFA short sale with them. Negotiator constantly asking for something additional until they finally stated it was out of the HAFA program and there is not enough time to postpone a 12/15/10 trustee sale. Spoke to customer support and they told me they didn't understand as they see all requested documentation was received in time. I currently have sent emails to office of President a Wells Fargo trying to get some help.
You are the man!! :-)
Just one more coment :-) My VA short sale with Wells Fargo amount owed 123,000 (something) offer 137,000 commission 6% nothing else paid or asked for except Seller's closing cost.......TANKED :-) they want 153,000. I did make friends with the negotiatior and told her that once it forclosed on 1/5/11 and they put it back on the market (who knows when) if they got that asking price I would send her flowers. She did get a kick out of that. They wanted to know if I wanted to challenge it .... :-) told me it could take up to 9 weeks for a decision and the foreclosure would not be held up. :-) LOL.....In a nice way I said "don't hold your breath" . The buyer is pre-approved (not just pre-qualified) and is moving on.
Congrats.
