I have been told that a Ben Lahmers is the supervisor. His contact info is 503-372-8142 or [email protected]. Good luck I have tried to contact him also and have gone no where. At least you got an approval, we have been fighting with them for almost 3 months just to have the Authorization Letter approved and still have not. We have sent in the first, which I found out always get denied; then a notorized one which was denied; then one of there Authorization letters notorized and still denied. My client is now speaking to an attorney. Since she let them know this, now when I key their loan info in it goes straight to a voice mail box that is full. I dont even get to talk to the gatekeepers anymore. I have come to the conclusion that IBM does not want to do short sales. I will not take another one and any future clients I will just refer to a BK attorney. Let them get only what they can recover on the property and the MI as far as I am concerned. Let me know what you find out.

Thanks for the input. Next time you call don't enter the loan number. Just keep hitting 0# and you'll get a cust serv rep. You'll have to verify all info and then ask the rep to transfer you to loss mitigation or short sale dept.

I just closed one with ibm about 2 months ago so I thought I knew what I was doing with this bank........

Thanks, Lynne that got me through to the gate keeper, but again even their own Authorization letter has been denied. I have no idea how to communicate with this company. We have done everything that they have requested just to allow me to be able to speak to them as a 3rd party and all has failed. The seller is going to an attorney at this point.
