New Mantra for Equator... Supportig document Rejected. Reason Other

In the last few short sales I initiated... after loading the supporting document I always get this message a day later... Supporting document rejected... reason other..... I go back and upload the same document and will be accepted... Has this happened to anyone else...? This must be a glitch in equator system... It does not make sense... I always double check the documents.

I would assume that your are experiencing a glitch in the Equator system. For technical issues I have found that Equator's online 'chat' provides helpful information.
