Woo Hoo, this is my first time using Equator, and we were very careful to do everything just as they asked for it.

Congrats! We did one within 60 days from start to finish under Equator back in March. I had high hopes until we started on the next six and it reverted back to business as usual with B of A.

GMAC, EMC and ASC still beat the pants off of B of A... And personally... I would rather submit one nice short sale package then going back and forth and uploading Pieces... essentially dong their database entry work for free.

Don't mean to rain on the parade ... Just don't want everybody to start having high expectations from B of A.
Missy, we are just now running into Short Sales. I closed on my first last week. This certainly is encouraging!
Thanks for sharing... Great news
We are using Equator for the first time as well and so far everything has been moving pretty fast. The only glitch was that I had to get BoA to manually enter the short sale into equator since the generic negotiator kept rejecting the offer.

Once we got that taken care of the appraisal was ordered and should be completed today.
Go MIssy -I am waiting for my first chance at Equator- it sounds easier than what my other submissions have been but time will tell.
