What constitutes hardship?
Thank you for the answer to my last question. This is a wonderful resource.
I just spoke to someone who needs to sell. I also know that qualifying your short sale is key.
someone who needs to move state to look after an elderly parent. I am not sure this would pass!!
any thoughts?

Health related causes work well too. A client was totally stressed out to the point of seeing a mental health Dr all because she couldnt afford her house and was deathly afraid of foreclosure. She related foreclosure to being on the street.
