Purchase Offer on Citi Short Sale
Listing agent tells me that he is submitting short sale purchase offers to Citi without owner's signature. Says Citi does not require it until they accept or reject the offer. Does anyone know if this is true?

Maryanne, I've closed 3 short sales as the listing agent with Citi and I'VE ALWAYS submitted fully signed and executed contracts. Don't know of ANY banks that want to see unsigned contracts (because they aren't contracts if they aren't signed). Sounds like the listing agent doesn't know what they are doing!
