Thank you for responding It's a corporation deal when I wrote up the offer next to the corporation name was a name of a party other than the corporation but we could't close it until the other party's name is drop so we had to restart the whole deal ,but it is a cash deal.

Agreeing with Debra - some short sale lenders require you start all over for a name change. Hopefully, the rest of the file is still up-to-date, in terms of seller's financials, BPO/Appraisal value, etc., so maybe you'll get it done within 30 days....
