Help.. I need escalation contact for BoA. The twitter and option 5 is not working. I started a short sale back in November 2013 and was declined after appraiser because I have to initiate with an offer.. okay - I reopened again in equator in Dec and was declined again because of some QA nonsense.. I reopened again in Jan 2014 and was processed till end of March and declined again because the appraiser expired and the new one that was ordered but did not come before the 30 days..The appraiser came back the next day that it was declined.. I reopened again in equator and was sent to AMS... I have called AMS many times, escalate and send twitter message. I just found out again this morning that AMS cannot work on the file because it was assigned to them in error. I opened escalation and nothing happened... This is like doing short sale in 2007 again with BOA.. I have the CEO email..but I'm not sure if that still [email protected]

Sounds like they have sold the loan. Try calling customer service to find out who the servicer is.

I believe Moynihan's still routes to Presidential Escalations Dept too.
Thanks Rachel. I called to see if they have a service release date and was told no.. but who knows!!
I think Sharon is right. B of A is service releasing loans faster than you can blink!
I have one short sale with Bank of America at the moment and I keep thinking that any day now they will assign this out because I haven't had a short sale with Bank of America for months and months. I feel like the other shoe is about to drop at any moment. They've all been service released. Almost as soon as the file is open, bingo, service released. But since they are also offering an HIN with this one, I have a good feeling it's staying in-house, but it's a miracle, lemme tell ya.
