Just found out THE HARD WAY,- Fannie Mae rarely will postpone auction dates!!

I have a TRUE TRUE Hardship case, really good offer (buyer willing to wait and well qualified too) - all I needed was to have the auction postponed to work the file- Usually have no trouble at all postponing - NO NOT ON THIS ONE....... - So I found out that Fannie Mae will rarely postpone and if they do its only once-

HUGE UPSET!!- It went to auction today.

Same for Freddie, they will postpone but only once.
