2+ weeks since SS was escalated and executive resolution department involved - Still no response

I faxed and even received a call back from my negotiator on 5/27 that they received my offer package and would run the numbers and call me back in a day or two.  Today is 6/16 and still nothing.  I have escalated to the negotiator's (Tasha Brown) supervisor (emily Gerlach) but still nothing.  Executive Resolution Department is involved, but they get no response either.  they have left several messages for Emily Gerlach and don't get called back either.  They are very polite, but have gotten zero results.   Do I have any other options to get someone's attention at Chase?

thanks Superstars!!!

Find out who the investor is and contact them, and make DAILY calls to:
Executive Resolution Group for Chase, 866-605-9253
and
888-310-7995 (Executive office for Chase) - EXCELLENT number

for teh daily calls, use excuses like:
"My broker is mad at me b/c of this..."
or
"Buyer's agent left me a nasty voice mail about this"
or
"Seller is htinking about just letting the home go to foreclosure b/c of all they have been through"

the above should work for you.....keep us posted.
So here is my hold up. I submitted an offer to chase back in February along with all the documentation. Then was assigned a neg in April and had to resubmit all new financial documentation. In May Chase countered and buyer accepted. Was told the numbers looked great. After weeks of not hearing from the neg I contacted Executive office 888-310-7995. Was assigned to Debbie. Spoke to her couple times who said she will contact neg and get in touch with me... Now answer. Finally last week I heard from Maria the neg who said she should have an approval soon but need an updated BPO. BPO was completed and submitted to Chase on 6/10.

Again nego goes MIA. Called Debbie again at the neg office. She told me I need to "chill" out and just let it go through the process. Apparantly she saw BPO just ordered and thought it was in the early stages. Advised her if it was in the early stages I wouldnt be contacting the executive office. She then realize it's been in the works since February. She said she needs to research and get back to me

Anyways - any insights or can I call the executive office and ask to talk to someone other than Debbie? HELP please.
