America's Servicing Company ????

Has anyone worked with them? They seem to not have a clue how to proceed with my Trustee BK Short sale. I work all the time with other banks and they flow nicely -- this bank is horrible !! They keep sending me tasks in Equator that I cannot complete as this is not a traditional short sale. Any info or help would be greatly appreciated!
