Bank of America

Is anyone having problems with Bank of America responding or getting back to you in a timely manner. I have files just sitting waiting.. I ask for status and as usual no response.

You have to escalate if they do not respond in 2 days..... I have been seeing fast turnarounds with BofA lately since they went to equator

My current file with Bank of America (on Equator) has been very good. We have approval with this file and are in escrow. I have had good communication with the negotiator - he has been responsive both by e-mail and reachable by phone. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.
