I am currently representing the seller in a short sale transaction. The sellers were in a modification program but due to a divorce & reduction in income, they cannot afford the payments. We have a valid offer on the file and a complete short sale package.
When I spoke to the short sale department, they gave me the name and number of the sellers’ customer relationship manager and was told that they would have to opt out of the program and ask to pursue a short sale. The customer relationship manager has not returned our phone calls (mostly the sellers’) for WEEKS. Not one response.
Does anyone have a number for an escalation department? Or advice? I tried twitter, but they gave me the number of their main line...no help at all!

Not sure if they have an escalation hotline, but you should be able to just request to speak with their supervisor.
