This is in response from "beyond Frustrated" who was trying to get help from a Bank of America rep.

who closed out a file despite her request for more information.

I also had a short sale that was approved in late April (after 5 long months).  An entry level employee from Dignified Transition Solutions manually entered the buyer could not get financing and closed the file. I just could not believe it!  That was so far from the truth.  We submitted the same documents to Equator only to find out that BofA gave the file to another third party negotiator.  Bank of America refuses to step in to give the file back to DTS.

I thought the office of the president and CEO's office at Bank of America would be helpful.  Edgar Espino in their department has been avoiding my calls and e-mails.

Meanwhile, I am now working with a buyer just outside Washington D.C. who has a high level job at the Federal Reserve who was made aware of this.  I went over all of my notes with him and am going to contact government officials about how Bank of America is unfairly treating so many sellers who are in distress.

Hopefully, "beyond frustrated" will be able to get the answers she needs in order to close.
