Does anyone know how to reach out to the BOA Investors?

Hi-

Just been informed that our file is with the investors of BOA with no estimated time frame of when and where they are with our file. The messages Equator sent was very vague. Can anyone help and provide me with some contact info or experiences they have with BOA investors? We are in need for them to look into granting us the appraisal price which is 50k lower than our contract price. Thanks..

Call the Presidents Office 704 386-5681 and ask for a case to be opened.

I would call the general customer service center and ask who the investor on the loan is. I have not had a problem getting that info. I like to know up front...is it Freddie Mac, Fammie Mae, B of A or ???. If you are not sure if there is MI, ask for that info as well, and get the name of the MI company. If there is MI, they will have to approve it as well.
