Nationstar is a servicer, and under the umbrella of Carrington. They have no inkling of law or order.
Let them know that this will be posted as a Media article "Banks against the People". The customer service level will tell you it doesn't matter, which in fact it doesn't to them, they still get their $8.00 per hour, be tough and tell them you have recorded your message nd hope they did like wise.

If upper level people are notified of ANY potential media articles, it will get their attention.
WHen we are having "heated debates" with the banks we will be sure to email upper level persons both at the Servicer and with the Investor notifying them of our intention to send a "press release" to local media.
When you can "cc" persons from the local media in the email it can be VERY effective.
I could go on for PAGES about the lower level hourly folks, one thing to ALWAYS remember when dealing with them, they are called "negotiators" for a reason, they all read from scripts, and THEY ALL GET PAID NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE DEAL!!!!
