My client had a loan modification 2.5 years ago, she is a principal in a private school, paycheck verification. Her husband lost his business 3 years ago and is a stay at home Dad as they can not afford child care for two small children. We processed a short sale several months ago, both liens with Union Bank. Seller insisted that her primary property was free of liens, and we were short selling her income town home. "Linda, refer to the foreclosure document. Fax your offer along with the approval letter to the trustee sales office it's usually the attorney. That always helped me in the past.
