Service Link contact

Hi I had a short sale approved through DTS ( from BOFA)- the file was service released and is now with Service Link. I am trying to see if we can continue with service link or need to start over.

No one calls be back and I just get transferred and hung up on- anyone have a good contact or Phone number for short sale dept? Please help this homeowner is very stressed:( thanks Jodie

Service-Link is now a 3rd party vendor for Bank Of America just as DTS is. Hopefully you can just continue where you left off.
