I just finished a short sale with CCO being the 2nd lein holder. It was a breeze. They accepted all documentation that was required by Greentree with no special forms. They do have a list of documents required on their website but they do not have lender specific documentation.
4506-T, uniform borrower 710, Dodd-Frank agreement - you are better off getting them anywhere else - it took weeks to get them to finally send a complete fax - ugly, too. But you might have better luck.
When I began the process, the CCO website directed me to use the FNMA form 701 and then later CCO sent me the
Making Home Affordable form.
They are very similar, but we did them both.
(Not sure these links will work. Feel free to email me and I will send them to you.)
