This is a nightmare.  The closed my file after calling biweekly for status.  Got a number for Kelly Dickerson 804-627-4010 he is the SVP of mortgage default management.  My 1st with wells fargo approval is going to expire again!  Any ideas?

I have received an approval from CCO (2nd lien holder) today with a contingency that the sellers pay a lump sum of $10,500  in additon to the amount agreed to by the first lien holder.  It's illegal in California for the sellers to pay any amount outside of escrow without disclosing the payment in the HUD to the first.  The first will not agree to the lump sum payment.  Has anyone dealt with this issue?

I have had two horrible deals with CCO.  Fortunately, I am in CA and sent them verbiage to SB 458.  I also called someone named James Barry, VP Relationship Manager in Chicago.  This was in October last year.  Don't have his number - but perhaps you could google it...

Hmm. not a lot of activity here - feel like maybe I'm spitting into the wind, but what do I know?

Only the 2nd being shorted - CCO. 1st is BofA. After a NO from CCO, buyer needs to come up, buyer did. Approval just came but with a surprise, they want $17K cash from dead broke sellers ($3K income $5K outgo/mo). So, I'm wondering what I am up against. It looks like from other comments about CCO, that they are just pinheads happy to see foreclosures happen. I hope not. So, I'm looking for all the pointers and info I can get on these swell honorable people.

An approval just came in today from CCO Mortgage and it seems they want to "play" games once again. Note what the legal opinion was on this one.

     BE CAREFUL AND ALWAYS LET AN ATTORNEY ADVICE ON THESE!!!

Can some one help me? my 2nd lien is with CCO. I finally have bank of americas approval on the first and CCO is now saying they do not accept cooperative short sales and declined offer og $2,000.

Does any one have a senior mgmt contact i can speak with?

I am at risk going to foreclosure if this does not work?

HAS ANYONE HAD A SUCCESSFUL  SHORT SALE  CLOSING WITH THIS (SO CALLED) LENDER.....CCO MORTGAGE ?

Does anyone have a phone number or e-mail address that I can get a response to?

I have had months and close to a year, just to get the same run-a-round every time.  This short sale is going to sheriff sale next week and does anyone a CCO care?

I could use some help on someone up the ladder who cares a little in order to get this sheriff sale postponed or stopped.

Does anyone have upper level contact info for CCO?  I have one with them that is sinking in a morass of confusion and stupidity, the likes of which I have never seen.  At one point they were holding up the file because one of the bank statements had "something crossed out on it".  The bank statement in question was not their borrower's bank statement.  It was the buyer's proof of funds with his  account number redacted.  Then they were holding it up because they needed more info on the co-borrower.  There is no flippin' co-borrower.  You can't make stuff like this up.
