Hi Ana, without being authorized calling Chase won't do much good. BUT, maybe contact the agent's Broker and have him/her advise the Agent to contact Chase's Escalation Dept???
Escalations Department: 866-658-2327 or 904-886-5900
Hi Ana,
Having worked Chase files before it doesn't matter if your buyer needed 1 extra day or 30- extensions are not guaranteed and are stressful. for all parites Especially, if it is requested at the last minute- day of or day before closing. I don't know how escalation would help with file being closed- since your buyer didn't close in time (not Chase's fault). you also don't have authorization on the account. Just resubmit everything and hopefully it's not too late and they will reopen the file.
good luck!
