I am doing a  short sale with Homeward > the short sale was denied due to the fact that the appraiser could not get into the place due to flea infestation.

The negotiator advised to have owner cleaned the out the place so appraiser can get access> This was done> i was further advised by the bank to re -initiate the short sale so an order for appraisal can be sent out to their vendor, who in turn will sent out the appraisal. How do i re- initiate the short sale in the Equator system> I am getting an error message which reads: The borrower or Mortgage Servicer must assign the property to you> i have notified the negotiator but not answer yet> do I just wait till he responds? Why is he saying that i must re-initiate if he needs to assign it first? Any thoughts?
