How long after approval do they issue the written approval letter?
I was told that the short sale I am working was approved July 26th and we're still waiting for the approval letter - anyone have an idea on timeline as we are marching toward the foreclosure date and we all know the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing!

I had to email negotiator and ask for it before I got it. Don't wait for them. I think they forget that you actually 'need' it to continue.
