There are multiple "HAFA" programs - be careful that you have the right RMA form (FNMA is diff from FHLMC is diff from LRC is diff from AMS, etc.).

I ran into the same thing and continued to have problems with the unresponsive negotiator (and her whole freakin' team!) until she killed the deal and claimed that Equator did it (after I got the forms from a cooperative negotiator, got them filled out and submitted). I think your lack of response is a warning of things to come - after all, what the heck does it take to send the form that you are demanding someone fill out? Oh, and if you get a response, finally, it could well be the bogus response to look in the realestateagent area - where most forms are NOT. Good luck!
