What happened to all the customer service improvements with B of A? I am in a transaction as the buyer agent. We got the first ( CITI ) approval in 35 days. The second ( B of A ) is getting $6000.00 on a $26000.00 loan and the process has been going on for over 9 weeks now without approval. Not an HAFA program. The negotiator an ex police officer is not responding. The escalation has gone nowhere, the listing agent does not want to "upset" the negotiator. Anybody has any idea how to get rid of the negotiator and send the file to a different negotiator without starting the process all over again? The buyer has been great and patient but I might be losing him. Thanks you,
Aj

Did you try the Twitter help at Bank of America?
Hello Wendy and Ali,
Yes, I agree with trying the Twitter help. My company has recently had some success working with the Bank of America team that monitors the Twitter account. They were pretty prompt in getting back to us when they said they would, and they seemed to be able to move the file along in a way that others couldn't. Good luck!
