Greentree isn't responding to our Short Sale File

We submitted our file back in Feb and received a request in late March of updated documents and haven't heard anything since. We leave messages and fax request for updates. Any Sugestions?

I am in the same boat right now. My short sale was submitted in May. The negotiator assigned has a full voicemail box and the customer service people say that the file is under review.

Can anyone help with some advise?

Hi guys. I have noticed if you ask for the supervisors number and leave them messages, you will usally get a call back. Also, I left messages for the "account administrator's" supervisor and left messages and I always get a call back. You just need to constantly call and call and leave messages with supervisors.
