Do you have an approval and ready to close?  Does teh HUD match the approval letter?  Are you trying to get final approval for HUD? or just still prelim?

BofA Says that the investor has approved the offer.  They asked for the short sale addendum and also asked me to upload a Preliminary Closing HUD.  I do not have the letter yet.  They said they sent it, but it is not in the area they said.  They also  sent an email that had the following info:

" Body: Task has been paused by the seller on property located at:29 DEARBORN PLACE #21, GOLETA CA 93117. Task Paused by: Equator System Pause Message:Task auto-paused by workflow - Task Paused Original Date / Time task opened: 01-24-2012 08:55:36 Scheduled Reopen Date: 02-19-2012"

At this point I am unsure what they want or where we are.

It looks like the task was stopped.  You will get a task to "Upload preliminary closing HUD" but the task will not be due immediately.  it is the HUD that you need for final HUD approval.
