Hello to all of you trying to help heal the real estate market. I have a short sale that is stuck in limbo land with US BANK. The negotiator/processor is Tammy Bratcher? Does anyone have any ideas on how to get to a supervisor/next tier??
I have had great success with Wells Fargo and even B.O.A. recently but US BANK just seems to be stuck.
Too bad we still allow them to loan monies to future home owners when they are so reluctant or incompetent to work with the ones they still have.
Thanks for the help and the upline if possible!!

Hi Duane,
What happens when you call into the Loss Mitigation Dept? Can they give you the contact info for a team lead/supervisor? Also, can they attempt to contact Tammy with you on the line? I've had luck asking the people in cust service or loss mit to IM the Negotiator if they are online. That's only an option with some servicing companies. Also, in some cases the negotiators are required to respond to status update requests within so many hours/days if the request comes from within. Not sure how many routes you have taken but these have all been effective for me in the past.

Thank you for the reply. We will stay persistent and appreciate the tips!!

This is a first with no second or home equity. US Bank right now is one of the slowest that we have been dealing with. We will try the escalation hot line and see where it will take us.
Thanks again!!
Duane
