Hi Jeff,
Did BOA order BPO during those 60 days? We are buyers and would like to get some idea on how far we are in the process. They did a BPO last Wed and as of today, it reached the 50 day mark.

Two BofA counters and acceptance 30 days total! Five with Equator four BofA one GMAC, liking it up to this point. Hope they keep it up.

Hi Jeff, I'm also a buyer and wondering about your counter offers. Is this less than 60 days from initial offer or from input into Equator? How long after a BPO was done were you countered? We had a BPO done 12 days ago and have heard nothing since. We've had our offer since 8/09 and are pretty frustrated at this point. I'm hoping with Equator things will start picking up and moving quicker.
