I have a listing for a property that is currently with Nationstar. When I go to Equator there is another broker assigned the short sale. The seller has changed his listing to me. We've tried everything to remove the previous agent from Equator to no avail. If someone has a suggestion as to how to proceed in correcting Equator I would appreciate it....we've done all we can thus far and it hasn't worked. Thanks!
You should be able to ask Nationstar to close or decline the file on the other account, which, will allow you to re-initiate the file on your end. If that won't work, do you know the other agent who was working the file? It should be pretty easy to get his or her number from the MLS agent search.. Call and ask them to send a msg in equator asking to close or decline the file. In my experience, Nationstar is pretty eager to decline a file...
Yes, doing tasks now on Equator for NationStar
