Hi Everyone,

  I need some help here I have a property that has a CASH offer in to Ocwen.  I keep getting messages from them saying that it was received to close to the sale date so they closed the file.  They state in the letter that if you have a cash offer that you are certain can close prior to the sale date to contact them by phone to see if there may be any potential options.  I have called every time i have gotten a letter and they just tell me to wait and talk to the relationship manager.  Does anyone have any good contacts to get this escalated?  I have to save this property from foreclosure this family has a real hardship.  PLEASE HELP!!
