Good morning folks. I started negotiating a short sale with b of a in April this year. The negotiator wasn't so good at her job. Did not even know how to read the HUD correctly. (amongst other things) Short Sale was fully approved 5 months in (ugh) with 2nd and 3rd liens. Bottom line... The buyer can no longer get financing..I know, I already tried to save the buyer. Not gonna happen. I already have another offer netting b of a the same amount. I found out yesterday it goes back to the same negotiator. I'm very confident if somebody else does not step in at b of a, this file will go to forecluse with this negotiator.
HOW do I get this file reassigned? I've already sent msg's to VP, Team Leader, etc. all through Equator, but I do not feel this will get the job done.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Is it with BofA or is it one of their third party negotiators?
In my opinion escalating in Equator is worthless and has never worked for me. You need to escalate outside of Equator. Also, I'm sure some others will chime in about using Twitter. I myself have never used it, but others on here swear by it.
Brent, I have used Twitter many times and my issues were resolved every time. I also escalate thru equator with mixed results.
Jeff, yea I see people on here always saying how it works. I actually just signed up for Twitter over the weekend too. What's their @? You can never have too many escalation contacts/methods. Thanx
