Need Help with Bank of America short sale
I have listed & sold over 20 short sale properties and have always been able to find a solution….BUT I AM MYSTIFIED!!! Please HELP me. I submitted an offer to Indymac (1st Lien) & Bank of America (2nd Lien) November 18, 2009. Purchase offer for $305,000. Balance Loan Amounts $338,000-Indymac & $62,000-Bank of America. Indy Mac Approved the short sale on 2/5/2010 and the max amount offered to Bank of America is $4,000. This must be signed off on by 2/22/2010! No one at Bank of America will give me an answer. *Main problem*I still do not have a Negotiator. They dropped the ball and admitted it but it will take me 10 days (from 2/16) and we will have missed the deadline and Indymac will rescind this offer. What can I do? Bank of America has escalated the file…not sure if this helps or hurts…They know the offer but without a negotiator assigned to the file no one can agree to the terms…I keep calling the short sale dept and they are sorry…and have no answers. Who should I contact?
