tweet tweet ask for Sherri Sharp to call you - that gal can get things done!! if you don't hear from her in an hour or so, email me.
Maybe by now you have your answer. Since BOA is now much worse at fixing things than prior to their new Equator debacle, there is a good chance that you are still sitting at the closing table. I'm pretty sure that I had ALL of the escalation people on the phone on 7/14 all day while my people were sitting at closing because of a simple problem that they created, so there were none for you, I guess..??
If it has not been straightened out yet, knowing how BOA semi-works, I'd say you have a mixture of info in your message. This could be as simple as the title co put in $3K HAFA payout and simply needs to remove it. I get title co mistakes all the time. But you said EVERYTHING has to be re-uploaded. That implies the file was denied and you are starting all over. BOA is horrendous about their mistakes. Usually their solution is just that - too bad, start all over - maybe see you in a month or two. So, the 2 concepts in your message do not play well together. If you still need help, maybe make things clearer?
If, disregarding all else, you really had the file denied, only a miracle worker can/will fix that. I only do short sales - almost exclusive with my pals BOA and in 2 years, I have had 1 negotiator bring back a file from the dead. No others would even contemplate trying. It can be done but if he hasn't been taken to the BOA attic, there is probably only 1 negotiator in all of BOA who has and ever will revive a dead file. Except for him, well, sit back, fume like the rest of us and just go through it all again... Oh, and hope that they don't come up with extra bogus numbers on this next go-round which destroy the deal this time.
