Thank you! I have two questions, do you know if US Bank reduces the commission even more than the 5% if you act as a dual agent? Also, my buyers currently rent the subject property. Would that be considered a business interest according to US Bank's ARM Length Affidavit?

T, I don't know for sure, but it's pretty likely in both cases.
