Escalate a Green Tree Recovery File

I need to escalate a Green Tree file that is in the recovery department.  The negotiator has stopped returning phone calls and negotiations have broken down because my demands now exceed her authority/guidelines.

 

Does anyone have a contact over at Green Tree?

Green Tree is notoriously difficult to work with, but I have done deals with them.  

Try escalating to this guy:
