Has anyone had any dealings with Chase on Short Sales over 3 million
I've been asked to help on a short sale that is having some issues. And if your having issue what is the 1st thing you do???? You come to this site and check out the postings..:-) Does anyone have any higher up contacts with Chase? Any experiences out there dealing with high dollar short sales with Chase? As always appreciate any suggestion or impute.

I'm having a very hard time getting a hold of the assigned negotiator. Our last conversation was on 3/10/2011. Since then I've left numerous messages, sent faxes, asking for an update, excalated the file twice. called the supervisor and NOTHING...!!!! NOT A WORD...!!! and the buyer is having buyers remorse....! It took us a year to find a buyer for this property...!!!! and our efforts are falling on deaf ears. Any suggestions?!

Go look up the top three exexcutives on the Nasdaq and email them. You can always report the bank to occ.gov or write letter to Treasury Department. They will react fast!
