I have completed over 400 short sales since 2003. I was a partner in a team that specialized in FHA short sales and began flipping properties pre-boom. Right before the boom went bust, I began teaching brokers about short sales. When the market dumped in Phoenix, short sales became nearly impossible here (and brokers became unsettled about the legal ramifications). In order to maintain my sanity, I took a break, did some, business consulting, then re-entered the industry. I currently run a team that is on track to close more than 100 short sales this year.
