My Profile
I have been practicing law since 1982. During that time there have been periods of financial crisis. My practice in the 1980's concentrated on representing farmers in negotiating workouts with their lenders. This was fulfilling work that led to the practice of Bankruptcy Law. I have dabbled in the challenges of Collection Law over the years as well until 2006 when I was introduced to the first property sale that involved a short of funds to the Borrower's lender.

Since that year home values have continued to decline such that most of my work is now in the negotiation and facilitation of Short Sales. I have combined my experience in Bankruptcy Law to achieve a variety of solutions for families in financial turmoil.
