I love my job & having fun & selling real estate...I have been an active realtor since 1999. I have a 19 point marketing plan for my sellers & 3 major points for buyers. When I help buyers, I like to be their information resource in whatever it is that pertains to their purchase. When I help sellers, I am in constant communication with them to ensure effective marketing is happening & that they are informed during the whole process.
