Moving Foreclosure date

Help !! Foreclosure date set to 8/13.

Approved buyer need few more days to close!

Seller has 3 mortgages but We're going to pay in full (Not short sale) to Wells Fargo(1st Lien).

Already approved by other two mortgages (bank of America-3 weeks,The Nashville Bank-4 weeks)

but Can't get Wells Fargo to extend the date.

Where or Whom should I call ?

I would try the office of executive complaints - you can google it for the number I prefer not to post it here. They will stay with you on the phone until your issue is resolved - VERY responsive.

Often, the bank's attorney can be helpful. Call them, let them know you need X days and ask when the sale is. They surprisingly often will give you the time following the current sale date - obviously "misplacing" papers to give you a break.

They want proof of the fund to postpone the date !(Approval letter's not good enough)

Buyer got disgusted and just back out of the deal !

who did you talk to the foreclosure attorney or Wells' Exec office?

Just want to let you all know Postponement has been granted on the day before the foreclosure  date.
