Just called for the third time. Always saying they cannot find my authorization. Send it again. This time they said they cannot find it, then they found it and said it didn't have my company tax ID or the expiration date of the authorization. Incredible!
Everytime, I ask if they have a special form, and they say "no". How in the world am I suppose to know they need that. Just sent in again. Now have to wait until Monday or Tue. just to see if they like the authorization now.

It must depend on the negotiator, I have been asked for the Tax ID number and expiration date on one so far and have several that I didn't need to. Just put your brokerage Tax ID and say authorization expires 12 months from date of authorization or until the property sells, whichever comes first.
