Having problems getting answers from US Bank.  VA states they issued the NOV in January, but US Bank can not download it or the appraisal.  Who knows a higher up in the bank that can directly speak to the Mortgage Assistant Point?  I have emailed them time and again with no response and the Relationship Manager gives me the wrong information.

I sympathize with you..USB has been nothing short of horrendous on my short sale here in Portland. The Mortgage Assistant Dept (855-698-7627) is the only source of reliable information on our contract and they repeat the same information..the file is under review by the Processor then to U/Writing prior to Negotiator assignment.

One contact last week informed that USB has instituted new processes to send some of their workload out to satellite offices to handle the backlog..as far as I can tell, no  tangible progress is being  made. They dont provide management contact nor do they have an escalation process. I'm on my 2nd submission (confirmed everything is on file and current) on the same contract and still no progress so I'm forced into harrassing them every 48 hours for updates that are fruitless.

I may consider filing a complaint with Executive level  management to get this on track. I dont have reliable information on Executive contacts so if anyone  has a name and number I'd like to have it...something has to be done  with this lender..no more excuses.

PS- This is a USB loan..not F/Mae,Freddie nor FHA..so there is no alternative other than USB on this file.
