Words of wisdom from SunTrust CS rep today, referring to the buyer for my shortsale listing.
Also - last rep had told me to expect a response to escalation in 24-72 hours - but todays rep says "she must not have read the memo telling them not to quote timelines for response".
Depending on who is telling the truth - this is either one of the most incompetant or most arrogant companies in business.

Suntrust short sale? Never again!
So Kathy - do I understand that you had about 6 weeks from the time it was sent to a negotiator until you had your approval letter? Now that we're in the negotiating dept, I'm trying to estimate how long (and tiresome) this next stage will be.
