I had a Bank of America short sale that was verbally approved by our negotiator and we just were waiting for it in writing. At the last minute we were told is was being transferred.

Ok not a big deal they said it should take around 2-3 weeks according to Select who have different answers and dates everytime I call.

So far we are now 7 weeks into it and the buyer who is all cash has had just about enough of being told by me it's under review as that's the repsonse I have had since October 4th.

I just called loss mitigation as I was given the number 1888-349-8960 by Select to speak to their underwriting department.

Basically the person on the phone said I do not care if the buyer walks we are backed up and the file is under review. I said this home would end up in foreclosure and the person on the phone comment was " Well if that's the case that's the case" It's hard for me to get really mad but I am as I have worked realy hard on this file and it was a file that BOA called me to take and now we have to deal with another company that had really poor help and inconsistant answers everytime we call...

Sorry to blab...But I feel terrible for my client..
