"It's FHA. I've done hundreds of them. Literally hundreds. My escrow officer has closed Wells Fargo deals recently and didn't have all the grief I'm getting. Today I sent the loan estimate (I happen to know the loan officer and…"
"Is anyone having issues with Wells Fargo refusing to provide an approval letter for a short sale without a Buyer Closing Disclosure? The buyer CD is done at the end by the buyers lender. A final CD is sent to WF for approval to close, of course.…"
"Here's the best solution of all and frankly, I don't understand why it has happened already. Bank of America executes the FHA short sale process so BADLY, HUD should move all FHA servicing to other servicers. I hear B of A, FHA and short…"
Does anyone has any experience with the BBVA Recovery Department or Anthony Smith, specifically? I have a second lien with them, all used to improve the property, i.e., room addition and pool. BBVA charged off the loan, a 1099C was issued to the seller and they payed taxes on the forgiven debt (all of it) on their 2014 taxes. I need an address or location of the Recovery Department to have certified mail delivered and I can't even seem to find them. Any help would be appreciated.See More

There's only person on the entire planet who can get the FHA short sale switch flipped? Really? A CRM who NEVER answers the phone, NEVER keeps an appointment, NEVER returns phone calls? And, I'm so tired of them blaming HUD... it's not HUD, it's YOU!Does anyone have any input as to how to best deal with the front end of an FHA short…See More
"I've never seen a buyer/realtor representing themselves get a commission... and you shouldn't get someone else to represent you and pay you a referral either. Most cases you sign an arm's length addendum that specifically states you…"
"The requirement is actually 5 days but up to 30. Only if an ATP is issued and all the terms and conditions of ATP met. My WF FHA deals have been getting done in the 30 day window. If they aren't, you should open a HUD ticket but will need a TPA…"
"Bob, what a nightmare! Have you tired calling the executive office. With the seller being an active military it should be a slam dunk escalation. Just make your story compelling and say something along the lines of: " The seller is protecting…"
